What a fantastic 2026 Easter break we’ve had here at the farm! A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our Easter Trail, tackled the 10 challenges, and braved the early spring weather. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces (and muddy boots!) on the Strawberry Thief playground.

For those interested in what we do see below:

Our Easter trail runs each year over the 2 weeks of the Wiltshire Easter holidays. Suitable for children of all ages, but most enjoyed by those between 2 and 13, there’s an Easter Challenge with 10 challenges to complete around the Farm.

Its quieter than our Halloween trail, and great fun for all. We don’t expect tickets to be in short supply outside of peak hours, but tickets should be purchased before arrival to avoid disappointment, and it will save you money.

All ages are catered for – you can pick and choose the activities most suitable for your group.  Just remember to wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for early spring (all types of weather are possible, and there may be mud!).  If you have any questions give us a call. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Hot drinks and light refreshments are available too with seating on our patio and inside the shop.

NB: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Sturdy footwear is recommended – We won’t close for bad weather, but be prepared for farmconditions! The trail is generally suitable for most robust pushchairs in all but the worst conditions.

Well behaved dogs kept on a lead are welcome to join in.

We will open on 27th March! It’s too early for PYO, but our farm park, shop, and cafe are open over the 2 weeks of the Wiltshire Easter holidays.

Suitable for children of all ages, but most enjoyed by those between 2 and 12, we have 10 challenges to complete around the farm, with a small treat for all Children. Entry to the Trail is just £4, or make a day of it with our combo pass for the farm park and Easter trail. For the best value get your season pass which includes  entry to the trail.

All ages are catered for – you can pick and choose the activities most suitable for your group.  Burn off any excess energy on the Strawberry Thief play ground! Just remember to wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for early spring (all types of weather are possible, and there may be mud!).

At Lotmead, our animals’ comfort comes first. While we know many of you hope to see them out in their summer enclosures for Easter, they’re staying in their warm winter homes until the spring sun dries out the fields. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as they are ready to head back outside!

Hot drinks and light refreshments will be available too with seating on our verandah and around the farm.

NB: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Sturdy footwear is recommended –  be prepared for being on a farm! The trail is generally suitable for most robust pushchairs in all but the worst conditions.
